SALE CONDITIONS

      Buyer agrees to complete payment on schedule, or proceeds of prior payment(s) towards layaway may be forfeited. Damaged product will be exchanged for same product if in original packaging only. Merchandise sold is not assembled unless charged. Extra charges apply to disposal of packaging materials and/or old furniture. All sales are final. NO REFUNDS. Availability of merchandise is estimated according to information on hand at the time the order is written. Seller shall not be responsible for delays in delivery of merchandise occasioned by manufacture’s scheduling, stock on hand, availability of materials, transportation difficulty or any other cause beyond the control of the seller. Buyer agrees that changes in availability will not invalidate this order. Buyer assumes all risk associated with transportation of merchandise picked up including the tying of merchandise to vehicle by seller. Buyer agrees to measure doorways and stairways before ordering, as seller is not responsible for merchandise purchased that is too large to fit. Seller can designate a day for delivery but not a specific time. Seller cannot move, haul, or rearrange old furniture. Seller makes no warranties beyond the written description of the merchandise on the face hereof unless otherwise stated by seller in writing. Such disclaimer does not affect manufacturer’s warranty, if any. Any exchanges, returns or cancellations are subject to seller approval and will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.

MATTRESS

      Mattress are not refundable. Buyer understands Seller does not offer a sleep trial on mattresses sold. Mattress limited warranty: If during the first year after purchase any defect should appear, the defect will be repaired or mattress replaced for the same item at the manufactures option without charge. Excluding transportation costs. After first year such repair or replacement will be made at the charge of a percentage of the purchase price for each elapsed year. There is a 5 to 10 business day turnaround on mattresses or foundations to be repaired or exchanged.
